For the first time, Little Earthquake is leaving the safe confines of the theatre and will take you into the dark, enveloping shadows of England’s reputedly haunted halls, houses and hotels.
Have you ever wondered what it was like to attend a Victorian spirit séance? Heritage properties across the country will host an unforgettable theatrical event, an evening quite unlike anything you will ever have experienced before.
Our wealthy society hostess will receive you for drinks before she leads you through to the séance chamber to meet a celebrated medium of the age. But who will make their presence felt? Is that pull on your sleeve the ghostly hand of a usurped monarch or a phantom pick-pocket? And what is that strange sound you can hear? The laughter of a little girl in the King’s Bedroom? The weeping of a young woman starving to death in the tower? Or the chatter of spectral hotel guests enjoying a sumptuous celebration dinner?
Experience events as they unfold as a member of the gathering’s outer circle. Or perhaps you will be invited by the medium to join him at the séance table? Book now to make sure you don’t miss this fascinating exploration of these buildings’ secret histories.
Please note that The Haunting is a theatrical performance. No authentic mediumship will be attempted and no spirits will be intentionally contacted.
